**Entirely made from aluminum, the professional grater is removable from the
main body and can be completely disassembled: it is the only grater in its category
allowing an easy and thorough cleaning of the cylinder and of all its mechanical
components. The tool is designed for use with the 1400 rpm drive shaft and is
provided with a safety switch to start it up at lowered lever only.
