- Reduction unit with helical hot forged and tempered steel gears in oil bath
- The vegetable cutting body can be completely disassembled to clean it quickly and thoroughly
- Integrated locking/unlocking system (no keys or tools required)
- 3 cutting cones (stainless steel blades for slices / round shapes; stainless steel cone with 4 mm holes for julienne; steinless steel cone with 7 mm holes for vegetable chops)
- Vegetables driving accessory
- Fingersafe accessory for slicing cone
- The chopping cone (big "julienne") can also be used as mozzarella chopper
